Traditional American songs in harmony with fiddle and bodhran

Jane and Caroline

 

Jane and Caroline have enjoyed singing together for several years. They especially enjoy singing traditional American songs in harmony with accompanying fiddle and bodhran.

 

Their songs include traditional Old Time, Gospel,  Bluegrass, Contemporary American and Spirituals, all with their own harmonies and instrumental arrangements. 

 

They enjoy performing together and have travelled  to sing at folk clubs, sessions and festivals in Cornwall, Somerset, Devon, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. They have also been invited to perform at private parties, concerts and folk festivals. 

 

Jane and Caroline have had many appreciative audiences and lots of lovely comments about their singing. One of their favourite comments to date, following an 'Open Mike' festival perfomance, came from a lady who said she was "Pleasantly surprised" and hoped she could hear a repeat performance!
